No-pressure glasses / contacts sales -- First time I ever heard "your current glasses don't need to be replaced" from an optometrist clinic even though my vision benefits / discounts were available for the year. Stellar service, nothing but good things to say about this spot!

Dr Ferdon and his staff are truly amazing. My husband and I always have an amazing experience each visit. Making appointments are always a breeze and they get you in and out. Dr Ferdon is always so kind and we really appreciate the amazing customer service. My recent visit I meet a wonderful woman and I can't believe I forgot her name please forgive me if your reading this I have mommy brain. All I know is it starts with an S and I will feel horrible guessing and get it wrong. This has been the most exceptional eye care experience I have had in years. As a walk-in customer who had previously purchased glasses online from another company, I was incredibly impressed. Krista was absolutely wonderful and made me feel like a valued member of the Ferdon family right away. I was quite disheartened about my glasses, fearing my prescription was incorrect, but Krista swiftly resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes!
The entire staff was exceptionally gracious.

Jessie (sp), one of the ladies at the front needs a serious attitude adjustment. She acts like she's the queen of something and everyone is underneath. I'll pick up my glasses but after that, in effort to avoid her at all costs I'm not going back to Ferdon. With there being so many other qualified eye clinics in the area, how about you try to stand out and be kind to welcome people back instead of push them away like you don't need their business.
Suggestion for you Jessie (sp): when a client calls and just asks if you're open on a certain holiday, don't cut them off with an aggressive "yes but we're booked up" response. Believe it or not, sometimes people call in to see if you're open to simply pick up an order, browse the store or drop off some frames.
This person is going to cost you major business, fair warning.
