Took the kids here to have their eyes examined. We had an exceptional experience at Focus Vision! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff, who made me feel welcome and at ease. The professionalism of the team truly stood out--everyone was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient in answering all my questions. The eye exam itself was incredibly detailed, and Dr Anh took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the results. The facility is clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall great experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of an eye exam.

I have been going to Focus Vision for about a decade. Dr. Anh Ho is a dedicated professional optometrist, with an exceptional holistic approach to vision. She can and will advise about nutrition, remedies for professional requirements (screen time, special coatings!) or healthy habits for your vision. Goes without saying that she will find the perfect prescription for you as well. Her staff is knowledgeable and courteous as well. It takes me over half an hour to get there, which is a minor inconvenience for me to receive exceptional eye care.

Bizarre appt. Dr said I had floaters (I do not) and said I don't need glasses for distance (which I do). I don't recommend the doctor or the staff; their glasses are overpriced; limited selection; and they have no samples of transitions lenses, etc.

Visited Focus Vision for the first time today. The office is nice and the assistant at the front desk was extremely friendly. She was also very helpful in selecting my glasses at the end of the appointment (I think her name is Judy or Julie, 5 stars for her). As for Dr. Ho, I wouldn't say she was overly friendly, pleasant or welcoming, just kind of matter of fact, which is fine to a degree. I took a little offense to her way of checking my vision when it came to the "Read the letters on the Wall" portion. She would say, "read the letters". I would do my best to read them, "A.E.P.G.T." She would remove the machine from in front of my eyes, then say, "It's an R!". (or whatever the letter was). I found this interesting because if I could properly see the letters, I wouldn't be in the office in the first place. So the fact that she felt it was necessary to call out the correct letters each time felt very condescending and unnecessary. During the second exercise, she handed me a piece of paper and says, "read the lines you can see." I take the paper and stretch out my arm to extend it so I can see at which point, she snatches it from my hand and says, Read it here! and centers it right in front of my face. It was brusque for no reason. Next, while I was sitting in the exam chair, she mentioned cataracts. I asked her what they were (of course I've heard of cataracts but I wanted detailed info), she proceeds to hand me a pamphlet on cataracts and says, read this. Now mind you, I'm sitting in the chair and I cannot see without my reading glasses, which are in my purse. So I politely close the brochure and decide to read it later. She then says, "if you're done with it, you can put it back here." Then she took it back. I wanted to laugh because seriously? I can't take it home and look it over? She then proceeds to explain my vision issues to me on a piece of cardboard with pen marks on it. Mind you, she's holding it in front of me so I can't see it (without my glasses, which are in my purse). Needless to say, my experience wasn't that great. If I didn't need glasses, I would've paid and walked out, but I can't see so I had to stay and order glasses. LOL!. Oh well, back to my previous Optometrist I go.

My experience with them was good. I arrived earlier than my appointment by an hour(by mistake) they had an availability and let me get examined early. The 2 ladies at the front desk were nice and courteous. The guy that did my initial assessment was friendly. Dr Ahn was nice and personable.. She took her time and explained what was being done and what it was testing. They didn't pressure me to do or get anything that I didn't want. Overall the experience was good and it was pretty quick.

Amazing first time experience! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Dr. Ho was wonderful! Extremely patient, she was very thorough with the exam and took the time to explain everything to me. The lady at the front desk helped me with finding the right frames and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Now all my family will be coming here!!! Keep up the good work!!

Dr. Anh Ho is very personal and professional. She helped treat an eye issue I had for months and I'm glad it's finally resolved. Highly recommended
