This was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had buying eyeglasses!! The two girls and the one guy in this place were so very sweet. They couldn't have been nicer I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon right before they closed, they got me in the following Wednesday. I thought it was gonna be over a week till my glasses and sunglasses came in. Luckily they came in super fast and I got them in literally like two days. And it only cost me $125. That's with my insurance, etc. but you can't beat it. For the price and service, my experience was awesome!!!

I've never seen the eye dr at this location and I need emergency repair on my old glasses. I dug the old glasses put and the arm was broke and stew broke off in the frame. I call everywhere because I NEEDED them. Katy got me fixed withing minutes of my call in.

Horrible!!! I would not recommend.. After the 3rd time of not being able to see with my glasses that I paid out of pocket for, I asked for a refund. The girl didn't seem to care, didn't listen to me explain my situation and had I had to go over it again. I asked for a refund, because I cannot use what I purchased. I was told I could only have a refund for the frames, not the office visit. The prescription is not correct, the frames are fine!! I WILL go somewhere else and spend our money elsewhere. It received one star because zero was not an option.

Kind of pointless to have a vision center if there's no doctor there 6 days out of the week. They can't even order contacts without the optometrist there. I will admit she did get my prescription perfect and I've never seen so well and I'm sure she is busy. If that's the case maybe hire another to be there when she isn't.
