Setting up my appointment was a breeze and meeting with the doctor was extremely pleasant. The staff spent allot of time with me making sure everything was right and when the glasses came in they were perfect. A couple weeks later I had a problem with some prescription safety glasses that had nothing to do with this office but they took time and helped me resolve those problems too. I am very grateful to have found this office, they have always been good to work with.

Had an outstanding experience, both my recent visits were very nice. Never a wait, very friendly staff and a thorough exam. Dr. Taylor Williamson is so professional and does an amazing exam. She listens any communicates extremely well. My experience was so pleasant, i highly recommend her.

First time ever at Williamson eye care and it was the best experience! I was so nervous about a new eye doctor having a terrible experience in the past. Every step of my experience today was calm and comforting and I'm absolutely in love with my new glasses! I'm officially a forever customer! Thanks to the crew for being awesome!

I had the first appointment after lunch and everything was very prompt. Dr Taylor was very nice and made sure to address all of my questions. All of the staff was personable and helpful. The office is clean. The technology used in the exam was also impressive and made my visit more pleasant than equipment used at other offices.

I showed up for my first appointment and the receptionist told me I was not in their records. Somehow, when I called to make the appointment and gave them all of my info, it was never entered. And the receptionist acted as if it was my fault. This was my first visit. I was 100% certain I had the corrected date/time, but, OK, mistakes happen. So, I rescheduled. When I showed up for that appointment, they did not have me scheduled - ever. I'm not sure if Williamson needs to hire better front desk people or if they need a new computer system. This was a year and a half ago, yet they have requested that I fill out a survey, even though no one at Williamson has ever treated me. So, here it is.

We have been patients of Dr Williamson for years. He is so friendly and easy to talk to, as is his entire staff! We appreciate his professional while compassionate approach. We are glad to have him here in Tyrone!

They were great from start to finish. They went above and beyond to deliver my trial contacts to my house after they closed and they also submitted all the information for my rebate on my new contact lens order. Just all around Great customer service!!

Dr. Williamson has been my eye doctor for years. I have worn glasses for over 45 years and contacts for almost as long. I know who to trust at this point with my vision. The entire staff is caring and professional. They work very hard to make sure I get the most benefit from my insurance as well. My entire family use their services. Highly recommended!
