I had a great experience at my daughter's eye doctor. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, especially since this was our first time getting her glasses. Ms. Ross was especially helpful, patient, kind, and incredibly accommodating. She helped us pick out the perfect pair of glasses that my daughter absolutely loves. Even though it was closing time, no one rushed us. They took their time to adjust the fit and made sure everything was just right. I truly appreciate the care and attention we received. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give zero stars -- and I don't say that lightly. I went to pick up my son's glasses two days after we were told they would be ready. The man who did our consult specifically told me to come back on 2/13/26. I even waited extra time and showed up on 2/16/26 just to be safe. The front desk clerk immediately told me I shouldn't have come because no one called me. When I explained what the doctor told me, she responded that "the doctor would not remember what he told you." That was honestly shocking. If pickup dates are being given to patients, they should be documented. She then told me to come back on 2/30/26 -- which doesn't even exist. When I pointed that out, she changed it to "just give it 30 days and we'll call you." When I asked to see the order information they had on file, she told me to sit down before she would look it up. I explained I was already on my way out and would wait standing. Instead of printing it, she just wrote something down on a sheet of paper and handed it to me. I have never waited a month for glasses anywhere else, and the dismissive, argumentative attitude from front desk clerk was extremely unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected as a parent just trying to get my child what he needs. If you're considering coming here -- I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Had an appointment at 9:45. Arrived maybe 7 minutes late. The black lady and little girl working the front desk had everyone who came in after me see the doctor first instead of me who was there before all of them, all due to an insurance issue that she did not let me be aware of. 0/0 communication from someone who is supposed to communicate with you to get you seen by the physician. After 40 minutes of waiting and watching everyone go by I asked the little girl what was the hold up and she honestly couldn't even speak. She was like whispering and from what I understood she was gonna get back to me. 55 min in to me waiting in the lobby the black lady asks me if I'm done handling my insurance cards being sent via email which was done 15-20 min before as I let the little girl know and questioned the lateness of being seen. She then goes on to say the wait was due to an insurance problem (instead of communicating this to me) since the beginning. An hour later it's 10:45 now and i was sitting there for 55 min.. I drove 35 min to get to this appointment, wasted my time and gas money. To not be seen.. such an incompetence in that front desk- from both women. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place..

Me and my family Had just moved from California and they went above and beyond for Us. The made sure all my families Eye needs where all tooken care of and even fit my husband and myself in without being schedules. They even told us about places to go visit while here in Georgia and good eats. Thanks again for your services

Had an appointment for my daughter and the staff there were super nice. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely recommend.

My family just moved here, and we were looking to get established. As I called front desk got me in next day. The Dr has such a great personality and was so kind and loving to us. Her team worked together to bring pt's back and help them with what was needed. Great office, I'm glad I found Nanston Vision. They took really good care of us and had great deals.

They are incredibly kind people. I highly recommend visiting this place. The experience was fast and great and I love my new frames!!

Staff are very nice especially to kids. My glasses fit perfectly, on top of that there is checkers to play. If ur glasses get loose they can tighten it for you. A great place to get glasses
