I visited for an Eye Exam. I have been wearing glasses since 8 years old (i'm.66). I must say the front office staff and the Doctor was top-notch. I felt that they all genuinely cared. Rare these days. If you are looking for a caring Exam, this is the place. Thank you

My appointment was for 10:15 went in at 10 filled out paperwork . Miss Saundra was on a call after she finished she proceeded with me. I was there maybe an hour. The dr was friendly dry jokes but that was ok. I would definitely recommend this place I was in and out no problems at all . This location is clean and organized with a lot of options to choose from. Now I'm just waiting on my glasses.

I've been going to these eye care doctors for more than a 10 years. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for exceptional care.

I have been going to The Eye Center in Conyers for years. Well I found one closer which is Stn. Mtn. My first visit was wonderful. I think her name is Shundra but she was amazing. This is my second time in the office and same thing. Customer service is great. I love the Dr. She is wonderful. Thank you for a pleasant visit. See you next year.

Today was my son's very first appointment. The lady at the front desk greeted me as soon as we walked in. The doctor was extremely pleasant and the woman that helped us pick out our glasses. This was a very pleasant experience. Honest review 5 stars.

I called yesterday 04/09 and inquired about the acceptance of my insurance plan. The young lady stated that my insurance was accepted she even asked for my insurance member number which i provided for her to verify. My appointment was scheduled for today 4/10. Upon arriving the man was very nice but then advised me that my insurance was not accepted. A simple phone call would have resolved all issues. or if i was told this when i called to verify the apointment.It would have been nice if the woman or anyone in the office would have called to say they made a mistake and my insurance was not accepted. I drove 15 miles out of my way for nothing. What's the point of asking for insurance information. If you are not going to verify it and or communicate with potential clients. I love to patronize black owned business. Maybe they can work on better verification and followup communication. .

I love the doctors here, both are super friendly. But today I called about my order regarding my contacts and the receptionist said they are not here we will call on Monday to see what is happening. And when I ask to cancel the order she says well you don't get your money back. And starts saying well how long did you think it was going to take? Everyone gets told it will take 2 weeks to get here maybe they are on back order. And starts arguing about how I should know with contacts how long it takes and blah blah blah. Cathy why are you arguing with a patient. When I ask to speak with the doctor she start to argue again after I am telling her I don't wanna talk to her and want to talk to the doctor. Cathy just be quiet and stop being rude. Won't be returning to this office next year. Bummer I love the doctors but get better and professional receptionist.

Friendly and curteous staff. This is my family top choice for our glasses and contacts. Excellent customer service too. I definitely recommend.
