Edited: Following my initial review regarding my unpleasant experience, I was contacted by Dr. Black, who assured me that someone would reach out to make things right. I'm pleased to share that I returned to the office and was treated with courtesy, professionalism, and genuine care. The team resolved the issue by providing new glasses at no charge, aside from my personal upgrade request for premium lenses. They also supplied temporary loaner frames while my new glasses are being completed. I appreciate the follow-through and the effort to correct the situation. Thank you for taking responsibility and restoring my confidence in your practice. I visited this location for a simple frame adjustment because my glasses had become slightly loose. When I arrived, my glasses were fully intact and in good condition. During the adjustment, the associate accidentally broke the left arm of my glasses. She was apologetic, which I appreciated. However, the resolution offered afterward was unacceptable. I was told I could transfer my lenses into a new frame for $250 -- at my expense. I was also encouraged to schedule an eye exam and purchase new glasses. To be clear: I did not arrive with broken glasses. They were damaged while in your staff's care. Expecting me to pay hundreds of dollars to correct damage caused during a routine service is not reasonable. This situation is straightforward. When a business damages a customer's property during service, the business should take responsibility and provide a no-cost solution. I am requesting that management review this incident and contact me directly to provide an appropriate resolution. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate the issue to corporate and the manufacturer. I look forward to a professional response.

I had a an incredible experience at Lake Lanier Eye Care! The ladies at the front desk were super informative & greeted me with a smile. They were organized and got me ready for my appointment timely. Dr.Kapoor has been my go-to guy for a few years and I couldn't recommend him more. He is very thorough during his appointments and doesn't pressure you into unnecessary procedures. I appreciate his expertise and look forward to my next visit!

I had my yearly eye exam at Lake Lanier Eye Care. Upon entering the office I was greeted with a friendly Hello. After filling out some paper work. The technician started the checkup getting me ready for the Doctor. Doctor Black did a thorough examination . He answered all my questions. My glasses needed adjustments, Steve adjusted them. He did an awesome adjustment. This Eye Care has outstanding staff and very professional too

I had the best experience at Lake Lanier Eyecare! I was immediately greeted by two friendly ladies who went over my benefits and cost for the day, and it was only a moment before I was taken back to start my eye exam. Everything was explained to me fully while it was being done. It was my first time seeing Dr. Black and he was thorough, patient and answered all my questions. They were able to price match Costco for contacts with free delivery to my door. I didn't come to get glasses, but they were such a good deal that I ended up leaving with a pair! Great service with a personality! 100% recommend!

Had an appointment today with Dr. Kapoor. The two people at the front desk were so nice and helpful and I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. Dr. Kapoor was very pleasant, thorough, and very informative. I had an all around great experience. I highly recommend them!

Leesha was so sweet and professional. She was quick and answered all questions I had. This is by far the best experience I have had with my difficult prescription, and I will only be using Lanier Eye Care for my future glasses! Thank you so much, Leesha and Dr. Kapoor!

Everyone in the facility was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Black explained everything to me as far as what was going on with my eyes. I needed cataract surgery. I definitely would recommend them.
