I had the best experience here from start to finish. Christopher was able to book my appointment the day of, which I really appreciated because I was out of contacts! Candy was amazing--so knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. She was honestly as helpful as seeing the doctor. Pay her more! Dr. Kauderman is by far the best optometrist I've ever seen. She answered every question, was easy to talk to, and never made me feel rushed. The telemedicine portion was seamless and impressive. Highly recommend this office.

Christopher at 319n. store thomasville, was absolutely amazing! not only was he thoughtful, personable, but gentle and considerate of no one else hearing our conversation. he helped me so much with all involved w/ new lenses on several pairs, and i bought a new pair of frames bc he was so thorough. he is a fantastic asset to your company. and this is the first time i have met him. i will recommend this store and direct them to christopher! Highly recommend finding a different place in Thomasville or surrounding area. I've had headaches and vision issues for years while using my eye Dr. I just switched to a new practice and I can see so much better. The lenses and frames are extremely cheaply made even though they charge your insurance astronomical amounts. I was also given a pair of broken and repaired glasses when I ordered a new pair. They sat lopsided on my face. Do not recommend. I've also dealt with extremely rude customer service over the years. Especially around the time of COVID.

I had such a great experience. Christopher was a big help the whole step of the way. He had me in and out of there so fast. There was literally no wait at all. I would highly recommend visiting there and going to Christopher.

This Thomasville, GA practice has changed significantly for the worse since it became My Eye Doctor. I have seen Dr Amy Stephens for years and years. I had to find out she was gone when I showed up for my appointment with her. They should have called her patients. They said they did but I showed them my call log and texts to show they didn't call me. Dr. Brewer has the personality of a rock and got firm, rude and aggravated with me when I told him for the 3rd time I was not buying glasses. I had cataract surgery on both of my eyes and all I need is readers. When I finally said after the third time, I am not buying glasses, he became very rude and showed his aggravation. I did not like the tone of voice that he used when he responded. Since Dr. Amy left, I will not being going to Me Eye Doctor again.

The staff is always wonderful! Candi is so welcoming and sweet! Dr Amy Stephens is always nice and easy to work with. Christopher did an awesome job helping my kiddo get the perfect pair of glasses! We appreciate MyEye Dr.

This is the absolute worst place I've been to in a long time. I sent 2 appointments one for me and one for my wife they got my wife back in a timely manner me on the hand sat in the waiting room for over 1 hour never seen the doctor. They rescheduled me for the next day at 11 and yet again in the waiting room for more then an hour still never seen the doctors. Highly do not recommend unless you have nothing else to do but sit in a waiting room

I have given this office 3 years of grace. It is time to speak up and let others know. I live out of town and travel 30 minutes to the Thomasville Location. I chose this office because they have Saturday appointments. Not once have I ever had a smooth appointment. My son and I always make appointments together and every year they have "accidentally left one of us off the schedule" This last time they text and emailed me to confirm the appointments (threatening that if I didn't confirm my appointment it would be cancelled). I had already confirmed the appointment via text AND received a text back saying that the appointments had been confirmed. We get to the office for our appointment and I am told that my appointment was not scheduled (even though I had the confirmation on my phone) and they would have to work me in. FURTHERMORE my son would not be seen by a doctor there, rather virtually. We were to the point we had to have a RX for him, so I agreed. That appointment took an hour and a half just to be seen (not including wait time). Then we order the glasses and here we are a month out and still have not received them. This is the 3rd pair of glasses over the years that we have not received in a timely manner. One pair took 3 months to receive! I am 100% done with My Eye Dr. Completely
