I went and had my eyes checked for the first time. The staff was warm and welcoming, I didn't wait long at all. The exam was thorough and efficient. Dr Martin is very kind and knowledgable! I now have a perfect prescription, and the staff helped me pick out frames that fit my face perfectly. Couldn't recommend enough!

Had a great experience at Family Eye Care of Toccoa. As a new patient, I immediately felt welcomed by Dr. Martin and the entire staff. The office is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Dr. Martin took the time to really listen and explain my vision and eye health in a way that was easy to understand, which I truly appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and professional. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. I'm very glad I chose this office and would happily recommend them to others.

Diagnosed my BVD and came up with an action plan to try to treat my massive convergence issues. Everyone was so kind and informative. They spent an incredible amount of time with me diagnosing the issues I have and trying to find a good path forward for me despite me living 2 hours away. Super grateful for their service and how well they treat their patients.

If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would! I was impressed with Family Eye Care, of Toccoa even before my wife and I arrived! The staff sent a video the day before my appointment. to introduce themselves and provide directions to the office. When my wife and I arrived, we received a warm welcome from the receptionist. Every staff member was very polite and friendly. Dr. Martin is top-notch! She clearly explained everything during the extensive exam. She also wrote down everything that I shared regarding my vestibular symptoms. What I liked most about her is how she treated me as a patient. She listened carefully to every detail before and during each step of my evaluation, and she asked if I had any questions. For the first time in more than 5 years, and visits to numerous specialists, I have a diagnosis and a path to treatment that I believe will lead to a better quality of life.My appointment was well worth the 120 mile drive. . I am so impressed with Family Eye Care of Toccoa! They are very knowledgeable, possess the highest diagnostic technology & have an awesome team! They not only taught me all about my eye status & care, but also what to look out for in the future. They were super helpful in assisting me in my selection of frames (from an extensive & beautiful collection!). I could not recommend them highly enough!
