Dr. Gregory Williamson

Dr. Williamson is really nice and a good doctor. However, his staff is lacking a bit in customer service. Especially the tall lady who does the fittings and assists you with ordering frames. As I waited, I listened to her interaction with another customer, and she would always seem yo be cutting the customer off while the customer was still speaking. My interaction wasn't any better. The frames need to be better organized. Men and women frames seem to be all mixed up. It's chaotic. The choice of men's frames is really lacking, and when you pick the frames, you're actually buying the ones that are on display. I just went ahead and paid for my prescription and drove down to Lens Crafters, and ordered my glasses. For a guy who likes a one-stop shop, I won't be visiting this office in the future for my eye wear needs.
