I highly recommend Dr Kang! He and his staff have been wonderful! Dr Kang is the first eye doctor I have seen in a long time who I have felt really cares about his patients! Thank you Dr Kang and all of your staff!

I definitely don't care for this doctor office. Everyone there have really bad attitudes and very disrespectful. No one should have to deal with the crap that they put their patients through. I recommend going to another eye doctor.

My children and I have been using Vidalia Eyecare for a couple of years now and there hasn't been any issues, until today. The receptionist was unprofessional and rude. This one snotty incident overrides the past experiences I've had with this office. Someone as unprofessional as she was doesn't need to be working with the public, much less be the first interaction a patient has behind the front desk. It would be a wise business and financial decision to remove her from your practice. I will be surely taking my business elsewhere and will not be giving recommendations.

My mom had her first appointment recently and had the most amazing experience! She described the office as clean and modern and the staff as kind and knowledgeable. According to her, Dr. Kang is wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. She will continue to utilize their services! Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Ms. Kim has worked very hard to help me adjust my glasses and gave me the knowledge that helped me get used to my new progressive lenses. Dr. Kang was wonderful as well. I am very happy with the experience and will continue to use them.

My family moved to the area recently. After spending a month in hotels and AirBnBs we were finally able to get into our home. It was an extremely expensive month so funds have been tight. When my husband and daughter arrived for their eye exams at this office they were advised of up front costs we were not expecting and had not planned for. The staff proceeded to disrespect my husband and behave poorly toward him when he was forced to cancel because we couldn't transfer funds from our West Coast based Bank fast enough for them (the bank was still closed due to the time difference). Normally, this would not be a problem, but given the circumstances at this moment, it was very poor timing for excess expenses.Overall it was a very disappointing experience with their office. We have now found another practice to go to for our vision care.

It was nice until the poor response we received from the front desk staff for a simple pricing question of an eye analysis. The assumption that we couldn't pay may have been from looks or from the lack of coverage from our insurance, which we were willing to pay out of pocket. The rude service we received directed us to do business elsewhere.

I have been using this eye care center for the past couple of years, the staff is unbelievably snotty and rude. There are a couple nice people there. However, today the doctor got mad at my 11year old and walked out of the exam room with a nasty attitude because my son was having trouble seeing the letters on the screen . The doctor sent in a nurse to finish the exam. I don't recommend this facility to anyone that cares how they are treated by other.
