Dr. Ortiz and the staff at the Villa Rica location were superb! They definitely took great care in handling my disabled husband with patience, respect, and kindness. Villa Rica is a much better fit (even though it's not convenient/not close) for us. I highly recommend this location. We did not have good experiences at the Carrollton location.

Dr was very caring Took her time with me. But. She sent my prescription to wrong Pharmacy. Don't know why. I told her Walgreens Walmart was never mention. So I didn't get my medicine until next day and Walmart text me.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Ortiz; however, I was deceived during the scheduling process when I was told the office was out of network with my insurance. This resulted in an unexpected balance, even though I have vision coverage. I will not return, as it is not reasonable to pay for vision insurance and still be billed for a routine eye exam. I was already aware of my prior eye conditions, and no new diagnosis was made.

Dr. Ortiz is an amazingly knowledgeable, kind and thorough provider. Each staff member I encountered, from my front desk check-in all the way through my exam and back to the front desk for checkout were all extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. This has been my experience in both the Carrollton & Villa Rica office. I've been seeing Dr. Ortiz for my Eye health care since his 1st year at GVI. My daughter & I have been patients of GVI for over a decade.
