Very impressive level of care and concern from both Dr. Meredith Parmelee and Dr. Josh Parmelee. Madelyn, McKenzie and I highly recommend these two.

Staff and providers were very nice. I waited three weeks for my New glasses to come in return them within 48 hours as the prescription was wrong. Instead of putting the rush on the remake of my glasses, I have to wait another three weeks. I work at a computer all day so to work with no glasses. Update. Went to pick up my new glasses only to told they only had one lens the other one would not arrive until Monday. I purchase my glasses March 18. Returned them April 10. This was one day after getting them. I was told they would be ready by the April 24. When I was trying to explain to one of the employees what going. The other employee hand up in front of my face and said I am on the phone very rudely. I requested a refund and to speak with whoever was in charge. Employees went in to notify whoever that was at the time. I do not know yesterday when I was in hospital they never came out to speak with me. I got handed a refund and that was it. I guess they are so busy that losing one customer does not matter

My family has been using this office for at least 15 years, maybe longer. Each year is worse. BE AWARE!!! EXPENSIVE hidden fees that never end-even after you've paid in full. They call you back asking for more money!

I been coming to this office for many years. I have always loved coming here. This years visit is no exception. The sales ladies Wanda and Amanda were great. They went above and beyond to get me the set of glasses that worked best for me. The whole office was great as well. I highly recommend anyone looking for eye care this is the place! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are so polite and friendly, always willing and eager to help and make sure I'm satisfied with my visit. I've been to eye doctors since the age of 5. I started suffering from migraines. I went to doctor after doctor and never got any answers. My first visit here, my condition was diagnosed and I was set up with a specialist to have it taken care of. I am happy to say I have been migraine free since 2019. Anytime I've ever had any issues with my glasses not fitting correctly from daily wear over time, I just take them up there and they're happy to adjust them. I have been and will continue doing business here.

Love it at American Eyecare Center. Staff are always welcoming patients & knowledge of Insurance coverages. Mrs Brown is a blessing to have available in her assistance in all aspects of your care. She's 1st class & leads the staff to do their very best. American Eyecare are very busy & exponential in serving every patient, client in a 1st class manner. I highly recommend them to my friends & family.

Great experience as everyone was very professional and friendly. I did not have to wait long and the eye exam went well. I brought in some antique frames for my new prescription and less than 2 weeks later I had my new lenses. Best eye care experience ever.

If I could give zero stars I would. Despite the staff being wonderful I believe they've found a cheap way of doing business that doesn't benefit the customer at all. This is a waste of money. My wife and myself went because an appointment could be made much sooner than other eye doctors. The glasses were very low quality. The left lens of mine fell out within the first week. One arm broke the next week. They reached them with the one replacement and it did the exact same thing the following two weeks. The lens of the second pair cracked and chipped due to heat. I recreated the conditions with my Walmart prescription and even laid them on a stove with no such pales. My wife's right lens also fell out and we didn't even bother to go back. And on top of all that the prescription wasn't correct for either of us. I have trifocals and she bifocals. None of the levels in mine or here saw clearly and we both began having headaches in the first week. We spent over SEVEN HUNDRED dollars at this place for nothing!
