My wire frames got bent so I went in for some repairs. Kathy was very helpful and quickly got the repairs done exactly to my liking. She didn't charge me a thing, and also gave me a complimentary cleaning spray and cloth. I am looking into getting new glasses in the future when my other frames break, so she showed me some great affordable options for when I'm ready. They also have cheaper options for people without insurance. My husband got his glasses here a while back and they were very affordable. I will definitely be back!

Everyone at the facility was absolutely amazing and efficient. They have a funny way of making you feel like you're their only patient while simultaneously running a smooth and efficient practice. I was in and out quickly but I didnt feel rushed at all. I definitely 100% recommend them

Brought my 5 year old daughter here. We had been going to a larger pediatric eye doctor towards Atlanta. It was always very overwhelming there and fast paced. This was a whole new experience for her. She loved the assistant taking her time with all of the test before entering our room. She also loved Dr. Pinard and how nice he was to her. Highly recommend for kids!

I've always had a great experience at Vision Source Winder! The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes sure you're well taken care of. I especially want to mention Andrew--he's always so helpful when we're picking out glasses. He has a great eye for style and so much patience, especially with picky teenagers! He somehow manages to find frames that everyone loves and makes the whole process fun and stress-free. Vision Source Winder is definitely our go-to for quality eye care and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient for a few years now. Best eye doctor that I have ever had. The entire staff is amazing and friendly. That family owned feeling with top of the line equipment and a great selection of glasses. They are fast, efficient, and still provide great quality and the personality you just can't find at the big box spots.

We were directed to the Braselton "sister" office when I called the Winder location to make an appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job with both of my children as well. The only thing I might recommend is a greater selection of glasses to select from at the Braselton office. It was somewhat limited, necessitating me to obtain the prescription to look elsewhere for frames. The staff, however, again - AMAZING.
