Friendly staff members and awesome service during my mother's appointments. The only problem we faced after letting them know the importance of getting my mothers glasses was they failed to call us as soon as the glasses were available. I had to call to follow up and check what was taking so long and the response we got was "Oh it's been ready for pick up since 2 days ago". That upset me because they failed to see the importance of getting the glasses sooner.

In April I had cataracts removed in both eyes. Three weeks apart. They treated me with respect. They were very professional in every aspect. I was very comfortable. They explained the whole procedure on my very first visit. Provided oral and written details, and what to expect.
I highly recommend Hawaiian Eye for all your vision needs.

When I first called, I asked if they took my insurance and asked how much my visit would be. They said yes and gave me a dollar amount, so I booked an appointment. A couple weeks went by and the day before my appointment, they called to cancel saying they didn't take my insurance. I asked if that changed between the time I had scheduled and that I was talking to them, but they would only repeat the same thing to me, no explanation.

If you make an appointment for 10. Expect to arrive at 10 and get seen at 1030 or 11.
Very slow. Why make appointments. I have 4 clients who have to go here and each time they make us wait at least 30 mins before they call us.
