I had an appointment today at Vision Care Center Hawaii, and I want to share what an outstanding experience it was. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed with genuine kindness and professionalism. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and it truly felt like being treated as part of their family rather than just another patient. The doctor was excellent--thorough, patient, and very attentive during the eye examination. Everything was explained clearly, and I appreciated the time taken to answer my questions and make sure I understood the results of my exam. It's reassuring to know you're in the hands of someone who truly cares about your eye health. The entire team worked together smoothly, and their positive attitude made the visit comfortable and stress-free. It's not always easy to find a medical office where both the doctor and staff create such a welcoming and professional environment. Everyone at this facility was extremely nice and that calmed my nerves. Everything went smoothly from the paper work to the testing and eye exams to the choosing which glasses I wanted. And lastly to the checking out, it was so nice. They explained everything so thoroughly, which made me have 0 questions. And other places take 4-6 weeks to receive their glasses, & they say I will get my glasses in just 2 weeks. Unbelievable! Mahalo for a great experience!

My experience at Vision Care Hawaii was Outstanding. All employees/personnel are courteous, friendly, and professional. Dr. Chang and his team are outstanding in providing the, tests, treatment, and referrals for the care of my eyes and eyesight, All provided in a comfortable setting.

I've been coming here and seeing Dr. Chang for years. The staff has always been great and accommodating. Prices are reasonable and dealing with insurance very easy.

Won't be coming here anymore. Pretty bad service. Can't get the warranty on my child's glasses because I try to fix them when they first broke so she could see. First pair of glasses for them as well. Sour taste left in the mouth. Could have easily just gave the warranty but I guess they need the money. Then to add insult to injury they try give $30 discount on a pair of $180 glasses, I can find online for $80. Crazzzzyyyy.

Staff was very nice and help me with picking my glasses. Eye doctor took his time examining my eyes. Not rushing. Plus I was late for my appointment and I called them letting them know and told them I would be 45 minutes and they still took me in.

I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez and staff at Vision Care Center. Excellent service from booking an appointment and the day of visit They truly care about customers concerns, and very knowledgeable.I was to walk out with no hesitations of coming back. I went in there to get a foreign object out of my eye and during the same day Dr.Ramirez treated my eye and was able to remove object. Thank you so much Vision Care Center.

Dr. Raremez was awesome. I got a thorough examination of my eyes and feel confident that my eyes are in good hands. The doctor and staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with.
