From the front office ladies, to the assistant and straight back to Dr. Kelsey it was a wonderful experience. I switched to Clarity after an unpleasant experience elsewhere and the difference was night and day. Professional and organized, wonderful communication and a kind manner about them all! Definitely look forward to going back for my yearly exam.

I give two stars just for the doc, he was wonderful. As for the rest of the employees and service, I would give negative stars. No smiles, no welcome, very cold. I've been wearing glasses most of my life, and never have I been CHARGED for an adjustment, and didn't tell me about the charge until after the adjustment. Bad form.

Clarity Family Eye Care and Dr. Kelsey is one of the best eye Dr around. Our family has been seeing him for years and he has helped us with ups and downs of eye health. He spends time talking to us and the kids. We are thankful for his personal care and professionalism.

Brought my whole family in for exams. Staff is very kind and professional. Dr. Kelsey was great with my kids, very personable. Thorough exams! Even able to order special trap shooting glasses. Wonderful place and experience!

Dr K and the staff are awesome! I have an autoimmune disorder and the moment my masked self and daughter walked in, they all put one on without asking. very oriented to detail and truly amazing customer service I am on a med that can cause retinal detachment and I always trust him when I go because he is just so thorough, patient, kind and incredibly intelligent! This is my 2nd pair of glasses over a period of 4 years or more. I always have a great experice. The staff got me into some lovely Vera Wang cat eye specs and my daughter's was and is so gorgeous on her! It makes wearing glasses....FUN! The whole appointment felt really tailored to us. As if we were the only ones coming in. They have great frames, fast arrival...within a week for me and my daughter, and all the add-ons like blue light resistance, anti glare, anti scratch etc. I'm not sure how I was seeing before the visit. No wonder I had migraines. Now I never take them off and I thought wearing progressives would be a huge learning curve but they r perfect! 2 days and I can't truly notice anything to make me feel like not wanting them. Same for my daughter, huge difference. They also have sports and sunglasses too. For example I have sunglasses still from this dr. And staff from 4 years ago. And they give a 2 year warranty on them too. They take private and state insurance so don't be afraid to make an appt! Thank you Clarity Eye Care it was and is always worth a drive to see you. Taking care of your eyes is so important. We only get one set and I know anyone that sees him will be just as happy, if not more, than I am. Absolutely nothing to say otherwise here, so I'll leave this review in case anyone is wondering where to get glasses or contacts or sports and sunglasses

What a FIVE+++++star experience. I work down the road and my contacts are in for me to pickup. I called and asked if I was a little past 5 if someone would be there. I was told yes. I was just getting ready to go get them and the lovely lady deliver them to me at work. Wow that was so awesome!!! I was just thinking how great they were to wait after hours for me. I have referred already for the exceptional service I received but love that I get to brag how special they made me feel..

I have been with Doctor Kelsey and his staff for years. I don't think anyone could ask for a better doctor. He is great with people, and is a great business man too. I would highly recommend for anyone.
