This place is great. Super fast service, got both pair of glasses in less than an hour. Everyone here it's so nice, and eager to help you. I especially like the doctor. He took his time with my appointment. I didn't feel like I was being rushed in and out. He took the time to explain everything to me. This is my third visit there, And I'm sure I will have many more. Frankie is very knowledgeable about optics, taking accurate measurements, very helpful and vivacious personality making my visit pleasurable and easy. Best experience I've ever had over all. I scheduled my appointment online after hours on Wednesday and had the appointment 9:20 Thursday morning, very impressive. The prescription is the clearest of all the glasses I've owned, Dr Kunz did an outstanding job and had a great bedside manner. Then Frankie's customer service, patience explaining things and patience with my long frame picking process, and her knowledge with what my insurance covered was amazing. She was very personable and made the process very enjoyable. She made sure i was taking advantage of the best deals available that would lower the cost the most. I had the clear set in 16 minutes, and the sunglasses that i asked for extra options by that evening. I will 100% be using them for all my vision appointments in the future.

I went in with a prescription from an outside office and the gentleman that helped me was very professional and gave me a quote for a new pair of glasses. He helped explain to me on the difference between the glass lenses they offer and the insurance breakdown, he did a great job explaining. He was patient with me during the process and got me taken care of with glasses ordered with an extra pair made in hour and was ready in 22 minutes.
