This team at this location is FAB!!! They have the cutest mother daughter duo working there and they are such outstanding employees and people. Honestly all the employees that were there tonight were amazing! They all need raises asap! They were celebrating a co workers birthday and gave me a piece of the most insane carrot cake I have ever had. Left with glasses, incredible service, good conversation, and the most INSANE carrot cake. Made my whole day! Honestly my whole week. Cheers to kind people

I was told that this office worked with my insurance provider. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me they were not able to look us up on the insurance company's website but told me not to worry, and go ahead and pay for the appointment that day. They assured me I would be reimbursed by the insurance company. At the end of the appointment, when I went to look for glasses, I was told, for the first time, that on the glasses side, they do not accept my insurance. Having to take my prescription somewhere else was a hassle, and I wish I had known. Further, when I contacted my insurance company for reimbursement, they told me they do not do that. The most they could give me for my exam was only about 2/3 of what I paid. This makes me very angry because I am supposed to have free exams included in my policy. I feel like this office either doesn't know much about the insurance companies they work with, or they withheld important information to get my business. One last thought, the doctor barely said a word during the exam. He wasn't very thorough and didn't explain very much- just handed us a prescription.

He has great equipment and knows what he is doing and It didn't take too long. It would have been nice if they could have figured out how to turn the machine on that checks the back of your eye Everything else was great. The main reason I go there is for that machine. Maybe next year
