We were greeted with such kindness the moment we entered. We were sat down right away and were given an explanation of how to expect the appointment to go. The entire process was very fast and the staff were very patient. I like the method used to find what lenses work because rather than using a machine, each lense is carefully selected by the doctor. He was very precise. I would recommend Reframed Eye to anyone who needs help finding the right tools to increase their vision. It was like magic was being preformed in front of me.

My husband and I had real concerns about our aging eyes. Our appoint. from start to finish was a good one. When I called in to schedule the appt. Marie, Dr. Olsen's asst. was helpful and worked with our schedules to get us in as soon as we could. Their system for check in was smooth. Dr. Olsen, was pleasant, knowledgeable and addressed our concerns with care and effectiveness which was assuring to us. Marie helped me choose glasses, which I do not like doing. Thanks so much guys

I brought my son to Reframed Eye today and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Marie and Dr. Olsen were so welcoming, kind, and professional. While I was there a lady came in needing help adjusting a device she had for low vision. While Marie was helping her adjust it, she mentioned that she had trouble threading her needle while working on a blanket. A few minutes later Dr. Olsen came out with a couple tools that could help her thread her needle. I was so impressed with the personal care given. My family and I will be permanent paitents!

I took my mom to Dr Olsen for a low vision exam. Dr Olsen used a technique I hadn't seen before, but was very effective. It was interesting watching him work to solve her vision issue. He used an eye chart as part of the exam, I loved watching Mom's confidence grow as she could see lower and lower on the chart. He asked questions about various parts of her life and how her vision affects the things she enjoys doing. I felt like he cared about all of her, not just her eyes. After the appointment we were helped to find cute glasses by Dr Olsen's assistant. She is so cheerful and helpful!

Jared Olsen is such a great guy, so happy we found his office. So easy to work with and takes major insurance.
One cool thing I saw is that Reframed Eye has their own version of Vision coverage that's a monthly subscription, definitely something that's unique.

I have rarely had the privilege of visiting an office in which I immediately felt so comfortable. The young woman who greeted me was super friendly and helpful and Dr. Olson was amazing. Normally, I have severe anxiety at any sort of medical appointment but I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. I have a lot of complex medical issues that can affect my eyes and I felt like all my needs were addressed. I will definitely be back!
