I had a really great experience with Dr. Ball. From the moment I walked in, his staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. One thing that really stood out to me was that Dr. Ball personally performed the testing instead of handing it off to a staff member. That's exactly what I've been looking for in a provider--someone who walks me through the entire appointment rather than making me feel like just another "product" moving through a processing line.
He truly listened to my concerns and took them seriously. What impressed me most was the time he spent explaining my test results and answering my questions. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I actually understood what was going on with my eyes.

Dr. Ball and his staff are. My first visit went so well that I convinced my wife to switch. After what was "a routine exam" Dr. Ball informed my wife that she had developed Retinal Holes. Dr. Ball referred us to a specialist for the NEXT DAY! Incredible. My wife has been seeing an eye doctor annually most of her life and not one eye doctor mentioned that she has Retinal Holes. That alone should be enough to convince you how thorough Dr. Ball is.

Highly recommend Ridgeline eye care! First met Dr. Ball at another Eye Clinc when he was covering for the current Dr I was seeing. His kindness and just making you feel more than another patient passing through left a positive impression. Was excited to hear he had his own practice later in Idaho Falls!
