Always helpful, friendly, and fast service! I've never had a bad experience here. They are always so nice, answer my questions, keep me updated on my contact orders. Every appointment, I know I'm being well taken care of. I've gone to other offices in town that have forgotten me in a room on more than one occasion. I've never felt like I was forgotten or that my time wasn't important to them at this office. I would highly recommend going here!

It's been a year since I took my family there. I have really terrible eye sight (-8.0 or worse) and have always needed several adjustments to my glasses after I get them just to make them fit right. When I went to pick up my new pair, as soon as I put them on I could tell they were not correct. The staff didn't listen to me. They told me I needed to wear them for 5 days. I couldn't make it past 2 days because they were so awful and I felt like driving was not safe with my vision as it was, but they wouldn't listen to me unless I had worn them 5 days. Finally, after 5 days the glasses were still not working for me, they had me come in for a new exam. I ended up with a completely different prescription from what they determined the week before. When I got those glasses, they were also really bad. When I complained they treated me like I was this crazy Karen who was just trying to make their life miserable. We paid over $450 for those glasses. I went in 3-4 times telling them they weren't working for me. The front desk people would literally give each other side eye looks when they would see me coming. It was so uncomfortable to go there and I never got the help I needed. No matter how long I wore those glasses my eyes never adjusted to them. They made me feel so uncomfortable to go in and ask for help that I ended up putting those glasses away and have used my old pair to get by. If that wasn't bad enough, we had another experience with our son. Both my husband and I wear glasses. Both of us ended up needing glasses when we were young, but didn't end up getting them until it was a major issue. So, we asked them to check our young children's eyes. We mostly just wanted to keep up on their eye care and get them glasses as soon as they needed them. The eye Dr was willing to do an exam on them but he had acted like we were just making things up since our kids hadn't directly complained about having issues. As he was examining my son he acted surprised that he actually needed correction and then he down played it. He told my son he needed glasses, but if he didn't want to wear them he didn't need to because the correction wasn't that much. Of course my son didn't want to wear glasses. Well, a couple months later, his elementary school had the Lions club come do a basic eye exam on each child. My son failed that exam and we were told his vision was poor enough to need glasses. Apparently, people at the Lions Club are more skilled than this clinic. If you are interested in having good clear vision, I would go somewhere else. The people at this clinic don't seem to have much interest in correcting vision or treating people decently.

We have been coming here for probably over ten years. Always had good experiences with the doctors and staff for my family of 8. I had a recent extremely annoying experience with a receptionist (one I wasn't familiar with). I told Dr. Denney because we have always liked him and his gentle manner, and I didn't want to leave the practice without him at least knowing what was going on in his office. He was great about it, appeared to have no knowledge of the negative incident, returned my call the day I complained, talked with me in person about it, said he would correct the problem and give me a refund. I will go back.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome! Janae was very understanding and helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone!

I have been seeing Dr. Cook since I was little and I now have children myself. He is so caring and kind. I feel like he genuinely loves what he does and remembers his patients well. The receptionists have always been so helpful as well.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Denney at Teton Vision Center! I have managed 2 different optical stores in the recent past so I have a lot of optical experience and know a great eye doctor when I see one. It was a fast appointment on my lunchtime, he was very kind and knowledgeable and they gave me contact samples to take on my vacation that I was going on. I will be making eye appointments for my husband and kids next and I will continue to use Teton Vison for my eye care needs!!

The doctor is fantastic but the receptionist team is beyond incompetent. Can't get a confirmation call for appointments, order contacts and specify I want boxes and they only order me trials. Unprofessional, incompetent, and honestly lazy. Unfortunately have to find a new provider due to incompetent staff.

I have been going to Teton Vision for years now and I always see Dr Cook. He is always friendly, kind, and knowledgeable in his field. His staff are always friendly and helpful too. I feel their prices are fair and affordable.
