I have had a series of very unfortunate experiences at Vision Source. I have had the same optometrist for the last 25 years. He's great. But the customer service and staff or not experienced or knowledgeable. I have had to take every pair of glasses to Vision One in Boise to be fitted correctly and one pair of glasses had to be remade because they were the wrong prescription. I was told I would receive them in 5 business days and it took 22 business days to get them back.. I will not longer be using Vision Source.
