I've been a patient here for several years and have always had a great experience. About four years ago, they referred me to LASIK Plus for my LASIK procedure, and it was one of the best decisions I've made. The referral process was smooth, and I felt confident moving forward because of their recommendation.
Since then, I've continued coming in for my yearly eye exams and health checkups. The staff is always professional, welcoming, and thorough. They take the time to answer my questions and make sure my eyes remain healthy post LASIK.

Today I went in for an eye exam to determine if I could retain my drivers license. Dr Grigg explained that as of today my license could not be renewed but if I had cataract surgery I may be able to drive. He and his office were extremely compassionate about how a person feels when they loose a piece of their independence.

Dr. Rob was warm, personable, and very competent. He even got my teenager talking and joking with him, which is rare with new people. (Sold!) He explained what we were seeing behind the images, what would work best, and listened attentively. Damaris then helped us with our frames, being sensitive to the fact that we needed to restrict our frame choices to our insurance allowance. I'm not a fan of being "upsold" when it comes to anything, but it feels uniquely awkward in a "medical" setting. I've experienced other vision centers with very pushy frame sales-teams, and that is always a deterrent to returning. Great experience from the front office to the back. We were there during peak hours, after school the week before Christmas, so we waited a bit, but it was worth it. Thank you!

I was here as a patient for the first time back in May and totally forgot to write a review. As a patient, my appointment went swimmingly. I can confidently give a positive 5-star review for patient care. Dr. Rob did amazing with my eye care and then I was able to update all my lenses!
However, as someone who values honesty and professionalism, there was an area where those traits really fell short. I was disappointed with how certain matters were handled by those influencing and making decisions. Even if I agreed with the decision itself, the way it unfolded felt very abrupt and not particularly professional at all. This was very surprising given the otherwise good clinical experience.
