The office is very tidy, and the personnel is all very friendly and polite! Great senses of humor, which is a stellar trait to me!! Dr Ritter, is so personable, and very knowledgeable! He is the best, and most thorough Optometrist ever! The entire team is ready to help choose frames tht flatter your face, making the experience sooo pleasant! I love going to see them!

Dr. Ritter is such a great doctor. He answered all of my questions and explained everything so well. He took excellent care of me before and after my cataract surgery. His staff are all so nice and helpful too. I highly recommend Bryden Family Vision for all of your eye care needs.

This was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. They knew what they were doing. I had called a few other eye clinics but they were booked at least a month out because I could only see the Dr. in person. At Bryden Family Vision I scheduled the appointment the day before and they saw me the next morning. They were able to schedule the appointment the for next day because after the technician did the exam on my eyes, I saw and spoke with the doctor remotely. I was told that at least one of nine remote doctors that they use are always available. After the doctor asked me some questions and looked at the results from my exam, he told the technician the prescription that I needed for each eye and he printed out a prescription for contact lenses, and glasses and my insurance paid for most of it. They also gave me 10 pairs of trial contact lenses. After trying out the new contact lenses I am able to see perfectly.

Dr. Ritter and his team are fantastic! I had symptoms that were concerning, and they had me come in right away to evaluate. In the end, things are good, but their team was over the top exceptional, professional, and friendly!

Wonderful office experience with this exceptional staff. Quickly processed into the exam room. Dr Ritter's "bedside manners" and conversation really helped the exam go quickly. I'm very pleased with this office's well orchestrated operations.
