We have an issue bc they purposely didn't mention the $35 co pay until I came in to pick up. I had already told staff my voice mail didn't work yet the message left saying they forgot to tell me the co pay seemed like a CYA so they thought anyway. A letter would have been appropriate since I wasn't reached, and now since I don't have glasses yet they billed anyway I must file a BBB complaint as well as notify Medicare of a potential issue. Especially it should be addressed if others also have complained about unscrupulous billing practices.

I was quite dissatisfied with the service I received. The representative provided inaccurate information, which only added to my frustration. Additionally, her demeanor was quite rude, making the interaction even more unpleasant. When I called back to seek clarification, the staff's attitude suggested a lack of concern for my issue. It felt like their apology was forced rather than genuine, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I expected much better.

Absolutely the best place I have found In Mountain Home to get eye care. They were thorough and friendly. That was the most fun I have had getting glasses and an exam. Would by pass everyone to go here. I decided to edit my review of this place. After today if I could give them more stars, I would. After they told me to expect 2 weeks for my daughters and my glasses, we were surprised today to get a call that my daughters glasses were in. Then mine came in shortly after. We not only did we receive amazing service but they were efficient and they have a customer for life

Dr. Norris and his staff are professional without be stuffy and punctilious. My appointment was quite pleasant.

When I came here for my appointment it went pretty good, but I emailed them 2 month ago asking if my insurance covered for more contacts. Never even got a reply back so I called the office spoke with someone they said they will send it in the mail. It's been 2 weeks and still have not received anything!

I went to pick up my husbands glasses and witnessed something that will deter me from ever coming here again. When I walked into the center and I saw a customer being checked in. The customer took a seat and the assistant came to the receptionists desk and asked if the patient was ready. The receptionist stated that she was ready, but she was still getting her insurance stuff done. The assistant started raising her voice and rolling her eyes telling her she cant seem to do anything right. Her body language matched her verbal abuse she was giving to her coworker. I was embarrassed for the receptionist whom was crying when the assistant walked away. I told her I am sorry that she was treated like she was and told her I would like to speak to that ladies boss. The receptionist stated that the optometrist is her boss and he is busy. I told her that this is not the first time I have seen this happen and I would not be supporting a business that workers get treated like this. It is a small facility and the optometrist should see that this is happening. Again this is not the first time I have seen this in the last year I have been coming here. Sad!

I'm giving this eye center a 5 star rating because I had an issue with receiving my contacts in the mail somehow they ended up elsewhere and when I called, Bobette answered the phone and helped me track them along with Wendy. They found where they were shipped too and Bobette offered to bring me some in Boise! For the time being as I was out of contacts and it had been two weeks! I just want to thank Bobette for going out of her way so I can see! Lol great customer service!

Dr.Norris and his staff were great! He was super thorough.. probably the most thorough exam I've ever had. Explained everything in detail. Will definitely return. :)
