We are so grateful we found Icare Optical when we moved to Nampa. Family-owned and operated, they are consistently caring, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every experience we've had over the past three years has been positive, and they even rushed me in for an emergency appointment without hesitation. It's rare to find an optical office that combines expertise with such kindness. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

The doctor is amazing, he really takes his time and works with you to make sure that you're happy with your prescription and that he dials in the best result for you. The staff also is so helpful in picking out frames and helping you figure out what looks good on your face and fitting you in and keeping you informed and updated on orders etc..

This family owned company is the best! Been going there for the last 20 years! I take my three children, and they are very patient with us and have been amazing over the years. I highly recommend

My family and I have been patients since the beginning so I'm thinking about 10 years!! I can be a difficult patient sometimes we didn't always see eye to eye ha ha but I can admit when I am wrong and they always treated me kindly and gave recommendations and after I tried things my way always ended up they were right!! I have been single and so money was always what I try to save and when you have 2 different eyes well..I completely trust everyone in this clinic they always take care of us and do save us so much from money to emergencies getting us right in!! This is a family who really are some of the kindest people I have ever met!! Mohammed did most of our glasses along with contacts and he knows what he's talking about and really gave us all sorts of options! Really appreciate all the help he has given us through all these past years a wonderful kind man!! Anisa well she does almost everything at one point or another but again knowledgeable kind and caring always makes sure we have everything we need!! Dr.Hadizk is amazing really really explains what's going on with your eyes and also has given me insight on how to handle or who to see for other issues that we have!! And can't forget Angie at the front desk she hasn't been with them as long but just like the rest knowledgeable caring and helpful!! This is one of the longest reviews I have ever done but I really can't say enough!! If you want professional caring compassionate and knowledgeable providers for you and your family this is the place!! Love them here and they are my family's eye care for life!!
