Front desk staff were not kind, specifically Bailey. When we initially called to make an apt for my sisters detached retina, they were very unhelpful. They told us to arrive "for an apt time of 7:40. Please arrive 20 min early". When we arrived at 7:20am, the office was closed and lights were off. Turns out the office didn't open until 8am and we had to wait 40 min before the office opened. When asked about arrive time the front desk girl just stared at us, no response... Gen Z stare. Dr. Parhiz was very busy and slated to see many patients that morning, and it was clear as he was very quick with us and took very little time to help explain things. Overall poor patient experience and poor coordination of care by the office and surgery center.
