I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Besecker. From the moment I walked in, it became clear that his focus was not on my health or well-being, but rather on pushing beauty products and makeup lines. I came in for a consultation about a health concern, but instead of addressing my questions or concerns, he spent the majority of the time trying to sell me cosmetics. It was frustrating and unprofessional to feel like I was more of a customer for his product line than a patient seeking medical advice. Despite clearly expressing my health-related concerns, he was far more interested in promoting the latest makeup and skincare products from his brand. This left me feeling unheard and dismissed. It's unfortunate that someone in a position of trust and authority would prioritize sales over patient care. I would not recommend this doctor if you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about your health and well-being. If you're looking for medical advice or treatment, I suggest finding a provider who is truly committed to their patients' health, not just their bottom line.

I have been seeing Dr. Beseker for the past two years, and I can confidently say he is one of the best eye doctors I have ever met. Although the doctor's a nice guy, I left putting out over $400. For extra stuff and have not noticed an iota of change in my dry eyes. it's very frustrating because you want to at least feel like you're headed in a good direction.
