Medicaid Eye Clinic

One person who orders glasses. My daughter had her appt on the 14th and didnt get her glasses ordered until the 23rd. She cant see without them. They act like its no big deal but to a 6 year old its everything.

My son has disability Medicaid and we had recently moved to Nampa and needed an eye glass appointment..... The completely separate building and old chairs and equipment used for Medicaid patients was alarming. And, the treatment from the optometrist we saw was pretty bad. They have the nice building across the street and completely segregate low income and disabled patients from their other patients. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Both my son's dad and I work and pay taxes. I guarantee you my sons dad pays more in taxes than the optometrist we saw. But we, along with every other Medicaid patient, were treated like lower class. And, the whole experience was what you'd expect when dealing with people who believe low income and disabled patients are subhuman. It was a VERY uncomfortable experience. It felt like we walked into a segregated doctors office in the South back in the 1920s.

Brought my granddaughter here for her first eye exam. Doctors were thorough the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great experience. Picked up her prescription glasses and was even given cleaning solution.

Went in for my first visit yesterday and was very impressed staff was great and the doctor was amazing....

Nice office on 2nd st for 1st class patients 2nd class patients on medicad are sent to the run down office across the street
