Family Eye Care

Called in because I had an irritated eye. New to the area and never been seen at this clinic. They got me in the same day, and I admit I was a little late because I went to the wrong building. I sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes, about 5 minutes of which was spent filling out paperwork... got called back to the room and doc didn't even introduce himself or ask what I was being seen for before I got sat in the chair with that thing over my face answering "which is better, 1 or 2?" A million times. After I was told my glasses prescription could be updated, I asked if the doctor had been told what I was there for, since it seemed clear that my issue wasn't being addressed. He said no. This was puzzling, as I had certainly specified what I needed when I made the appointment. He pulled his microscope back out and after a minute I was told he could send a prescription for some eye drops. I could've asked more questions but wasn't given any more information as to what could be wrong, if I needed meds or if it would go away on its own, etc. Sent on my way. I called back later and told them not to bother sending the prescription. I'm not looking forward to seeing how much this useless visit is going to cost me. Won't be returning for further eye care needs and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Doctor lungren and his office staff have always been very professional and accommodating when it comes to my eye care. That's not an easy task since I use the V.A. as my healthcare provider. It can be very difficult when it comes to dealing with the V.A. so kudos to doctor Lundgren and his office staff!

I have been coming to Family Eye Care for many years now. The staff have always been so caring and make you feel comfortable. I would 100% recommemd!!

This place is awesome. I have been coming here since I was a little kid and they are super nice. Help you with working out payment plans and also very thorough.

They have fabulous customer service, willing to work with you and meet your various needs. The staff is always kind and respectful.

I like Dr. Lundgren a lot. Came in with ocular migraines on the suggestion of my GP and everyone in the office was very nice.

Love everyone there, they are kind and attentive to my eye needs !
