Prism Eye Center in Post Falls is hands-down the best eye care experience our family has ever had! The entire team is incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Jangula (and the whole staff) took the time to explain everything clearly, performed an incredibly thorough exam on my child, and made sure she felt completely comfortable. The optical boutique has a fantastic selection of frames too. If you're looking for top-notch vision care with a personal touch, this is the place. Highly recommend to everyone!

I love this place! I've seen Dr jangala for years and this place is amazing! I lost my insurance and they helped me out make a payment plan that worked for me. Seriously these people are one of a kind and genuine to every single person who comes in. Every time I walk in they say hey Zach how are you doing? The doctors and staff are knowledable and efficient, and personable too. The prices are reasonable. They have a very good selection of frames and are willing to help you pick out one that you like. The glasses I got at Prism in Post Falls are the only pair I've ever had that I truly loved - and I've worn glasses for nearly 50 years! The office is easy to find - right off the freeway. I highly recommend this firm!

Excellent staff that is professional at every point of contact, and very nice office that's clean and up-to-date. I've seen Dr Jangula for I-don't-know-how-many-years and she has tracked my unique eye issues and educated me about them in ways that make me feel informed and cared about. When graduated to Medicare, which has no coverage for glasses, I went to an online retailer with my prescription from Prism to save some money. At my next appointment when I talked about my frustration with those glasses, she asked where I got them and I said "Zenni" and she chuckles, I could tell that a useful explanation was coming. Now I not only know a lot about my own eyes, I also know more about how eyeglass lenses are made, and important differences in materials and manufacturing processes, especially those that result in a product that is sold inexpensively online vs quality lenses.
