I came in after 5pm. Hard worked in my work clothes. The doctor Mrs Buster, was booked! Tons of patients. After maybe 5 people she called me in and was just as kind Like I was her first patient. Id recommend her to anyone.

Feel like I got bait and switches they claim exam and 2 pair glasses for 89$ I expected the options to be limited for the 89. But dang they didn't have anything to go off from r that price so we went with upgraded frames. And then got told unless we wanted glasses with lenses almost 3/4 an inch thick it would be another 70$ or for even thinner lenses another 140. By the time it was all said and done they wanted over 300$. We just paid the 70$ exam fee and left but they should definitely explain what they are offering a bit better. The 2 pair for 89$ is a sham and way to get people in the door. Ain't nobody gonna wear those telescopes. We went somewhere else in town and got Oakley's for 10$ more than what they wanted for the cheap brand with no up charges or surprise fees. Don't fall for the bait and switch if it seems too good to be real it is.

Only one doctor for the day is crazy booked an appointment at 12:50 and didn't leave until around 4 so ridiculous hire more doctors I shouldn't have to to move stuff around since I booked my appointment at 12 for a reason if not u would've just booked it at 4

If you're looking to make an appointment for a certain time and wait over an hr to be seen from that appointment time, this is the place to go. Above was my original review but they called and made things right which I very much appreciate.

Absolutely no customer care! Too overbooked and overwhelmed to do a good job . Really don't seem to care how their customers are effected by their poor service..

Jhairiean was amazing! Wonderful customer service, very patient, kind and thorough! He was easy to talk to and eager to help with anything I needed or inquired about! Really awesome dude and will ask for him the next time I go in The rest of the staff were really great as well, very kind people. The Dr. was very thorough and talked me through all of my options to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this place!

What is the point of me making a point an appointment at five if there's going to be four other people going before me, at five. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time, and after there were two other people still waiting to go, and they called someone else's name I just left. Very disappointed. Hopefully Eyemart does better.

Won't use them anymore. The service is ok but the communication and cost of the service between them and the insurance company is not accurate and they will over charge you later.
