At Ann's Eyewear Boutique you will have the most wonderful experience with some of the kindest people you'll ever meet I felt a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Ann, Shyanne, and Mindy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with my glasses. Dr. Prins was incredibly kind and thorough! He made sure every detail was perfect and answered any questions I had. I couldn't ask for better care, and if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! P.S. They have such a beautiful selection of frames!

I have been a client for 20+ years and can attest to their dedication to providing top-quality lenses and frames, fast repair/replacement of any damage I have subjected my glasses to, and service that makes you feel like family.

I wish I had found Ann's months ago. I invested a great deal of time searching for a certain designer frame after having stumbled upon them at a chain store in Seattle. Not wishing to take the plunge and spend the price they were asking, I went online. After thinking I had found them at a shop in Toronto (Shores Optical), I placed my order. The "week to 10 day" delivery time they promised stretched into seven weeks of excuses and overall poor communication; I finally cancelled my order. I searched again and found the frames I was looking for on ebay and some other discount shops. The catch? All had terrible reviews. I can only imagine the joy of having to deal with a return in the event something went awry. Having found Ann's shop in a little town in southern Idaho, I decided to go with them. They were somewhat more expensive than the discount online retailers, but cheaper than the pair I found in Seattle; I wasn't about to go through a repeat of my initial experience. I liked how they used actual photos of the frames rather than stock images; it provided a much more accurate representation of the frames. When I had questions, they promptly responded. When I placed my order, they arrived within a few days, nicely packaged. The kind of service one would hope to find with an independent shop. Highly recommended! (I just wish they shipped USPS instead of FedEx as I hate dealing with carriers who can't access my building.)

I traveled to Twin Falls from Southern Utah to find a place as unique as this. Fabulous!! I love the people who work here. They know so much more than any eye Dr./store I have ever been to.

Love my glasses don't go anywhere without someone saying love your glasses including people I don't even know. Great personal fittings making sure your glasses fit and are adjusted properly.
