I've been coming here for 3 years and have always had a great experience. The team is friendly and takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. They use state-of-the-art equipment, which makes me feel confident in the care I receive. Highly recommend!

Really wish I could give you guys zero stars. I've had a pair of glasses since February that I have not been able to wear because you guys did not want to get them adjusted to my face right and listen when I said they did not fit my face try to call in and talk to any of your front lady at your front desk is a load of crock you guys are horrible. I really wish I could give you zero stars. I will not be using you in the near future, I wish I would listen to people who told me not to go through you guys in the first place.

Everyone's so nice! From the gal greeting us at the reception to the very end. The staff is amazing. The Doctor is always great!

My family has been going to Dr. Ford for years. Great service and team there.

EDIT: Dr. Ford reached out to my directly and apologized for the way things played out with my glasses. He explained that he was disheartened by the situation and honestly wanted to make it right. To Dr. Ford's credit, he did call out that he genuinely believes my situation was the exception to the service his office provides, that my case seemed to have just fallen through the crack at every point (Murphy's Law), and that this is the best office staff he has had in his over 25 years of his doctor's office. I can understand this and I respect the fact that he stands up for and takes responsibility for his staff. No one is perfect, myself included, and the fact that he extended a little bit of grace shows that he does actually care. Dr. Ford is a good optometrist. My bad experience is clearly in the minority of folks who he has served over the years according to the hundreds of other reviews. I've adjusted mine to reflect his efforts in reaching out after the fact. Thank you, Dr. Ford. ------------- Original review: I hate that I am writing this. Dr. Ford is a -good- optometrist. My appointments with him have been good, he is personable, and I can tell he cares about his patients. Unfortunately, his office staff are rude and they have absolutely no customer service. They have no communication or follow up on anything at all. My appointment was on February 12th. I paid for my glasses at this time, in full, after my appointment. They did not order them until the 17th. I went in on March 27th (yes, a month and a half later) to ask why my glasses were taking so long and why I was not getting any communication back other then "they aren't in yet". I paid a premium for Ray-Ban glasses and was offered a partial refund for them. Despite my frustration, I said to the man that if they could make sure my glasses were ready for pickup by April 3rd, one week later, I wouldn't want the refund. I just wanted my glasses. If they weren't ready by then, I would have a check to pickup with them. I then got a phone call on April 2nd, saying my glasses were "ready for pickup" but there was a problem with one of the lenses and they were waiting for the replacement. A.k.a. - my glasses were NOT ready for pickup. I was not able to pick them up until April 8th and there was no check for the partial refund I was promised. One of the arms for the glasses was also bent/crooked, so they don't even sit on my face evenly. While I would love to say I highly recommend Dr. Ford, a fantastic optometrist, unfortunately, the rest of his office are so terrible that my wife (who has her own problems with her glasses we also paid a premium for) and I will not be returning.

I have had a hard time adjusting to a new prescription but Dr Ford was very understanding and listened to my concerns. We are going to try an adjustment to see if it helps. Everyone has been great to work with!

Dr. Tonya Ford was very thorough, she answered all of my questions and set me up with the best contact lenses. Ford Family Eye Care always gives great service. That's why I am a repeat customer!

This was our first time seeing Dr. Edward Ford. My husband and I both saw him. I told Dr. Ford I had read his reviews until I couldn't read anymore! There were so many good ones! That being said, I'm pretty sure he doesn't need one more glowing review but hey, here goes ~ he gave us wonderful, thorough eye exams. All the while being friendly and welcoming. Jennifer helped us with purchasing glasses. She too was so friendly and helpful. I absolutely would recommend Dr. Edward Ford for your eye care! A+ experience.
