I've always had a good experience when visiting this office. Dr Kyle Klingler is my doctor. He's always listened to my concerns and was the first to accurately diagnose the problem with my eyes. After years of battling EBMD and SND I finally got help. He referred me to Dr Betts in Boise for surgery. I'm a slow healer but I'm now out of pain and on my way. Dr Betts has referred me back to Dr Klingler for followup because I have such a long drive to Boise. Dr Betts and Dr Klingler are both excellent! I've never had a problem when I call for prescription renewals or appointments and everyone has been helpful and courteous. Thank you, Dr Klingler, for recognizing the problem and getting me the help I needed! I look forward to continuing my journey with your help!

These people are a team of top notch at every position. From lobby greetings to the discharge nurse that assisted me out the door to my ride at the surgery center. They got eye care cataract surgery down to machine like efficiency. You only do this once. My souvenir eye covers are already in my grandson's costumes.

Excellent care, now excellent vision after Dr. Nathan R. Welch removed my right and left cataract. After wearing glasses for 60 years now I can drive without glasses! Surgery was amazing, Doc explained everything so well. Can't believe how well I see now, and how much care and kindness was given to me. Thank you for knowledge and gift you've given myself and others. We will be forever grateful for you giving a 66 year old his sight back.

My wife recently had cateract surgery from Dr Welch. He is so very knowledgeable and skilled. That goes along with his compassion and caring for the patient. She had a great experience and it's wonderful for her to see clearly again. We highly recommend Dr Welch!

I asked if they could look at my insurance card to make sure my new insurance card was the right one for next month's visit (They said I arrived a month early). The receptionist was patronizing and dissmissive. They opened 20 minutes ago but couldn't spare 4 minutes. New insurance is frustrating, all I wanted was for her to look at it and see if they recognized it, or seen it before.

Dr. Welch performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Dr. Welch was very professional, explained every step, and provided excellent care. I am 70 years old and did not expect much from the surgery; however, I did not know how severe my cataracts had been until after it was completed. It felt like I had taken off a pair of glasses with old yellow lenses. Everything was suddenly so bright and white. One morning I looked out the window and told my wife that the air quality must be so good because I could see so far out into the horizon. She said it had always looked like that, I just hadn't been able to see it. I can't believe how excellent my vision is now. Dr. Welch was always kind and and made sure he provided the best possible care. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Welch.

I came in for my appointment that was rescheduled two times by them! Then when I finally went back, they told me there was "a bit of a wait" so I sat down. I waited over an hour just to get called and when they did they made me wait an additional 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous and absurd! If you know you only have one doctor available, you shouldn't schedule this many people together, it's basic common sense. The lost time and money will not come back, and neither will I. Do not go to this place, try Walmart instead, at least they care about you there.

My experience with Dr Welch was such a wonderful experience. His caring attitude towards me as a new patient was absolutely phenomenal and his vast knowledge of eye care is very thorough and l look forward to having Dr Welch as my Optometrist
