We never waited to be seen, they always got us right in. Dr Nate is knowledgeable and professional and did great with my kids. The gal helping us pick glasses was perfect - she was patient and had suggestions but we didn't feel rushed or pushed at all. The glasses were a great price compared to what we paid with the same insurance in Montana.
