I don't understand. The doctor is great the staff not so much. The prescription was perfect but if you need any type of adjustments to the frames it's like they try to sell you on buying a new pair. I actually had to return a pair because after about 3 adjustments I couldn't even wear them. The new pair I got I had to take it to a different business to get the frames adjusted for them to actually sit comfortably on my face.

We have been customers at this Visionworks location for 4 years and could not be more satisfied with the level of customer service we have received. Newney the manager goes above and beyond every time we come in, whether it's for a repair (2 active young boys in glasses can be difficult), an eye exam or new frames she always greets us by name and helps us with a smile. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Setork was amazing. Professional, friendly and gave me an exceptional exam an eye RX. Newny and Artiro were are very good at taking care of you. I will say that the cost of glasses is extremely high in comparison with their competitors even as they stated I had "excellent insurance". The cost without my insurance for a single pair was over $1000 with my lenses being, trifocals with transitions and final cost without my insurance was $376. When I picked up my glasses, There was a big sign in the window that said "get one pair, free, yes one pair free" When I asked about it, I was told that it was either use my insurance or pay the thousand dollars for one pair of glasses and get the other pair free. I have also called three times today to ask a question about my prescription. First call I held for 18 minutes before I finally hung up second call I held for 11 minutes before I finally Hung up third call, waited for 8 minutes before I finally hung up. You cannot get a hold of this shop via phone. You have to go in to get any answers apparently. I did go back into the store and they were very responsive, pleasant and correct my problem. Giving it a week to see if the adjustments they made to the rims correct my problems.

Had a great experience at Visionworks in Batavia! Newney was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was wonderful in helping my kids and I pick out our frames. As well as helping with using our insurance. The store has a huge selection of frames and we couldn't be happier with our new glasses! Thank you! Need to add she is so personable and remembered me when I came back for an Rx change!

Staff is great, friendly and helpful in making decision about frames (they have real opinions and are not trying to sell me something that's out of my budget). The optometrist is so friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to support me when I went back with an eye issue (not related to the prescription). I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes and find it very easy to book an appt online.

Arturo did a great job finding glasses for me. I have a very large lens requirement that he handled perfectly at the Batavia, IL store. I look forward to receiving my glasses!

I was welcomed like they were glad I was there. The woman at the front desk was very personable and helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my visit. It's refreshing to interact with a person like that. The optometrist was very thorough and also made sure I was satisfied. Overall it was a very pleasant visit and I am very satisfied with my visit to the Batavia Visionworks.

They worked quickly and efficiently, with perfect communication. The staff was very nice and polite, and the doctor did an amazing job correcting my eyesight.
