Dr. Amanda Boscoe is great. Very professional and personable. Makes sure you understand her prognosis and answers any questions you have. most important for me, she doesn't push you to buy their glasses.

Really like Dr. Boscoe! She's very good at explaining how your eye works. She always comes across as very patient and willing to answer any questions.

Nikole was absolutely wonderful to me very nice very amazing. She deserves a raise. The other staff was very pleasant but Nikole really took the top of the cake

Took my 5 year old daughter here for her first eye exam and she loved it! The staff were so friendly and patient (I had to bring my other small kids who were loud and touching everything). They even gave each of my kids a toy to keep! That was just a bonus bc honestly they were so efficient and accommodating that I ended up scheduling an appmt for myself! 5 stars all around

I, personally, had a good experience with Clarkson. The doctor was great. The experience picking out frames and lenses was great. The staff was nice. I did have to call the office for the status of my order after waiting a few weeks because their text messages went to my spam. But, that wasn't their fault. However, their billing department is a nightmare. My wife and I have the same insurance. I had no issue. However, they never looked up my wife's eligibility and made her pay out of pocket at the visit even though she was covered on the date of service. I have been trying to fix this and get them to simply submit a claim to her insurance for 3 months and have made several calls to their billing department. Their billing department is outsourced and not at the local office. They still have not fixed the issue even though they have claimed to have fixed the issue on all of the calls. I just got off the phone with them again and they still had not submitted the claim. I'm beyond frustrated. They will not even admit that they made a mistake by not billing her insurance first. If you have insurance- be wary that they may not do their due diligence to submit your claim!

I will never waste my time going to this place again. In August i brought my niece into the vision center for an eye exam, first of all, we had to sit in the back because my niece has state insurance that bothered me. The doctor was very unprofessional, at the end of the appointment, I asked him why she wasn't fitted for her glasses. He looked at me like I was crazy. I called back four weeks later to find out the status of her glasses. I was told that there was a problem with the order, and if I should receive them in another two weeks. I called back exactly 2 weeks later. Classes still were in, but this time I was told that they were never ordered. I was really upset. This place is very unprofessional and I feel like because my niece is on state insurance that this is why she was treated the way she was and that's never acceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
