I recently saw Dr. Bahtia and I had an excellent experience. The reception area was beautiful the woman working at the desk were very professional and so kind. I had never been to an eye specialist and was not sure what to expect however Sherry made me very comfortable throughout the tests she performed. Dr. Bahtia explained everything in detail and in terms I could understand. He did not rush through the appointment. He is very nice and professional I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Bhatia got me in very quickly and did a great job explaining my diagnosis and treatment. He was very knowledgeable and affable. His staff was helpful, kind, and patient. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to his practice.

Dr was very patient and took time to explain and reassure me what he felt was best option of treatment. Look forward to going for other eye in 4 weeks. All the other patients in his office was very pleased and excited he's opening a office in Bloomington soon.

Staff was friendly, helpful and extremely well prepared for my arrival and throughout my visit. The doctor and nurses used new and impressive hi tech equipment for my tests, which worked flawlessly to transmit the results to my digital files, ready to be reviewed by myself and the doctor. Doctor Bhatia is terrific! Friendly, calm and open approach that put me at my ease the whole time. He was there on time for my appointment, and was very focused on providing great service without eating up any more of my time than was necessary. Doctors Bhatia appears highly qualified and competent in his field, but he took adequate time to explain my results in terms I could understand without being condescending. The entire experience is wonderful. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by his friendly staff. The atmosphere is very relaxed and calming. Dr. Bhatia is very knowledgeable and friendly. He makes you feel relaxed and explains what is going on in terms that you can understand. He's also very honest and trustworthy. He won't lead you on when it's not needed. He takes his time with you. I trust him wholeheartedly and highly recommend. He is a wonderful doctor.
