I had a great experience at the Eye Care Center, thanks to Mohammad! He was incredibly helpful with my eye prescription and made the process of picking out my glasses so much easier. He was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my preferences. I highly recommend his service!

Dr. Marchione has been very professional and caring. She was able to meet all my needs and made me feel comfortable during the entire visit. I would highly recommend her for all your routine checkups or emergencies. She's been great for me!

Dr. Marchione is Fantastic! She genuinely cares and is very thorough with her examinations. The staff always goes above and beyond. I bring my whole family here. My kids love her and most importantly I trust her. I definitely recommend coming here for all your eyecare needs! She really is the best!

This will be my fourth year going to Dr. Marchione and her staff. My first visit I was a bit nervous but the girls that work there made me feel welcome with their warm yet proffessional personalities. Dr. Marchione is just as welcoming and warm. I like that appointment are easy and never a long wait, everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love that it's the same doc everytime. My old Optomologist I saw only 3 out of 6 visits, I wasn't crazy about that idea. I've since sent my husband and daughter to see Dr. Marchione and couldn't be happier.

I've been going to Family Eye Care since before Dr. Marchione started there. Have always had pleasant experiences. Three years ago I was diagnosed with macular degeneration and was scared. Dr. Marchione recommended a retinal specialist who is now treating me and putting my fears to rest. I will always be grateful to her for that. Her staff (especially Agnes), are professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this practice.

After relocating to the area it was hard finding a new Optometrist, that all changed when I made my first eye appointment with Dr. Marchione and her team! Scheduling was easy and my appointment was terrific. All my needs were met and my concerns were taken care of immediately. I highly recommend Family Eye Care

I called this eye doctor up due to having scratches on my eye that were causing major pain and discomfort. I explained to the lady at the front desk my situation and how I needed to be seen and given something for relief of the issue. She booked me an appointment for 11:30AM. I waited for my appointment and started driving there as it got closer. When I was basically pulling into their parking lot (around 11:20AM) I was told "sorry but we don't have anything we could give you and we're not accepting walk-ins at this time." What? How does that make sense. They KNEW my issue hours before hand, knew what I was coming in for, and knew what I needed. Then 10 minutes before my appointment you're going to call me and cancel on me when I am in PHYSICAL pain? Absolutely unprofessional. If they didn't have anything they could give me, why would they tell me to come in? I went to doctor Robert Berkshire (Who is rated 5 Stars) down the street at 7913 Narragansett and was very satisfied. He looked at my eye and was able to see the issue and gave me a medical contact to wear in my eye that prevented it from hurting and gave me almost instant relief. I will not be back to Family Eye Care in Burbank.

Check your bills - I was charged for $160.00 for transitions (which now I understand is too expensive), however, the transitions were never added to my glasses. I can't get a refund unless I come in for ANOTHER exam and of course another out of pocket cost. I have been trying for months to get this resolved with no luck! My suggestion look for a more honest eye care team.
