Dr. Chaku and her staff were especially sensitive and attentive to the needs of my 88-year-old mom, who suffers from arthritis and various mobility issues. I highly recommend Dr Chaku and her staff. We also like the relaxed, thoughtfully-designed atmosphere of the Loyola medical center at Burr Ridge, with its free parking, soothing surroundings and helpful staff.

I had a 10:45 AM appointment, was not out of Loyola until 3 PM. Unacceptable for a simple follow-up appointment. Loyola is overbooking the doctor and unfortunately I will not be going back to her. It is not her fault, but I take vacation time for my appointments and it ruined my entire day.

She is extremely busy and anxious when in the room. She is constantly checking watch, getting messages and emphasizing procedures, etc. repeatedly. It appears more ophthalmologists are needed because inside waiting area is always full. I've had to wait short time in outside waiting room, then inside waiting room and again in patient room, totaling over an hour. Having only seen her three times, she's been late each time.
