Circa 2018/2019 but still upsetting and WRONG. 1) Sold bifocals when I didn't need them (wrong script given). 2) Was accused by the front desk manager of trying to steal frames when I had handed said frames back to the nice attendant that was helping me. Go elsewhere if the doctor and front desk manager are still there.
