I had my 2nd great experience at this practice from start to finish. I came in for my annual eye exam and also purchased new glasses, and everything went smoothly. The optometrist was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. The entire staff was just as wonderful -- multiple team members helped me choose frames, and the technician even brought the doctor back out to help me decide between two frames. Scheduling was easy, the office was welcoming, and I left feeling thrilled with my experience. I would absolutely recommend this practice to everyone!!

Doctor D took the time to listen and the time to explain and answer every question making sure my eye health was good and that my prescription was accurate. Absolutely wonderful office. From phone calls, to being there in person, to exams and care, it really is the best place. We've even had to call for an emergency eye situation & they were able to get us in. If you want a wonderful experience and professional care, this is the place to go!!! Seriously the best experience we have ever had with an eye care team. We've wandered around every year trying someplace new, trying to find a team we were comfortable with and that would care about our eye care. We were so impressed last year that we came back again this year, and this experience was just as wonderful as the last. Seriously the best experience I've ever had for an eye exam! I was a new patient and the front desk staff was very welcoming. Doctor Delgadillo was personable and very thorough during my eye exam. Shows that she takes pride in her work and cares for her patients. All the techs were very helpful while choosing frames as well and were much so fun! You guys hiring? Because I'd love to be part of this fun team! If so let me know for real. Haha. I'm already looking forward to my next exam.

I am very satisfied with the attitude of the staff and the way they resolved the shortcomings in the manufacture of my glasses. Professionalism and kindness are what you will find in this place. I highly recommend it!

I came in close to closing time with a minor "emergency" after getting a sliver of metal stuck in my eye at work. They still got me in and my eye taken care of as soon as they could. Very much appreciated. Very professional and helpful staff.

So far I have had all good experiences. Been three times now. At first I didn't really love how you have to do an appointment for everything including just looking around at glasses, but now I understand it is more so they can guide you through options and make sure anything tried on is sanitized. They are very patient even when you are trying on a lot and being indecisive. It ends up feeling more of a consultative experience that way. Dr. Delgadillo is my doctor and she is wonderful, warm, and has great suggestions. They have a really large variety of glasses, sunglasses, and brands and the place is nice and clean.
