Krista was extremely helpful from the time I arrived for my appointment until I paid my bill. She straightened out some confusing insurance issues, and even put notes on my insurance cards so I would know which insurance to use for which visit, and also noted this in my file. She was so friendly and kind doing my preliminary tests, which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Johnson was also very cordial and thorough as always, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Overall, it was a very positive experience

Would not recommend at all. We made our appointment in advance. On the way got stopped by a train at a standstill half a mile away. Getting close to the appointment time we call and told them about the train which they said is a common occurrence but that we had a 10 minute grace period before we would have to reschedule. We told them that's fine if we are more than 10 minutes late. They said they would pull up the chart while we were getting there and they did and then they tried to say oh we have been trying to call you. Your insurance isn't on file. We never received any calls but no worries we have the cards on hand so no worries. They then started talking about well she's going to have to have her eyes dilated and she won't have time to get glasses. (The appointment was at 4 and they closed at 5). Our daughter's glasses are completely broke but ya know what. It is the last hour so we said that's fine. We can just do the appointment and she will get the glasses as long as we can get the prescriptions l. They then put us on hold to talk to their "manager" we pull into their parking lot 6 minutes after our appointment. Within the 10 minute grace period. They then come back and say the manager says they can't see us. We met the 10 minute Grace period and we agreed to skip buying glasses for their convenience. Shortly after this we saw the doctor we were supposed to see go get in the car and leave for the day. He just didn't want to be there. The rest of the people were there still but they started shutting off lights as well. They or the doctor just wanted to leave early. The girl on the phone was nice and did say we had no idea how bad the manager sucked. Seems to be pretty obvious at this point. If you don't want to see patients in the windows of the timeframes you establish before needing a reschedule then cancel the appointment ahead of time or don't allow for exam patients to schedule at that time of day. I can not comfortably recommend a doctor that actively created excuses to not do their job so they could leave early. That's the exact type of doctor that will rush through exams to get you out the door. Go somewhere with a doctor that cares about the work.

Krista was such an amazing help. I was a walk in, I had got something in my eye, she was able to get me in right away. She was so kind, and efficient. She was excellent at her job, and I appreciate her swiftness at getting me in. She was such a sweet, young lady. I'll definitely be coming back to this office.

I ran in to get my mother's glasses fixed and Krista was at the receptionist desk. When I tell you that she has the sweetest disposition. She answered all of my questions and was so helpful that I'm going to set up my own appointment to have my eyes checked. She fixed my mother's glasses in a timely manner. The woman that was in front of me was so very nasty and rude to Krista and she remained kind and she stayed professional every step of the way. It was a breath of fresh air to finally find someone nice working in this town.

Always a pleasure coming in to to see Dr Wolf and his staff. The glasses are very pricey but I come for the personnel.

Have been going to Clarkson eyecare for 4 or 5 years great people ,always friendly, helpful . I will always go to them with any eye concerns.

Lisa was wonderful. All the staff are great! Dr. Wolff is wonderful As well.

I always have a good experience with Dr. Johnson and his staff. Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My appointments are always on time and handled efficiently. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
