Had the best experience here. I had an eyeglass frame that needed to be fixed. Even though the frame wasn't from the store, they took great care and made every effort to repair it. Throughout the whole process, they were always kind and kept a smile on their faces. I'm so thankful to the staff here, especially Uly. Another great reason to come to Target!

Had a wonderful experience with Linda at Target Optical in Champaign. My brand new Randolph sunglasses lost one nose piece cushion. After trying two sunglass stores and LensCrafters (who only repair items purchased from them, even though they sell the product), I tried Target Optical. Linda had them fixed within a few minutes. Thank you Linda!!! Now I can wear them, comfortably. Don't waste your time, go to Target Optical.

I was four minutes late to my appointment and they blatantly told me that they had started another exam already and I would have to wait at least 30 minutes or reschedule. If anyone has ever been to this place, you can see into the only exam room in this place has; the door is open and it was empty. I understand being late for an appointment and having to reschedule, but I do not understand is lying to your customer's face.

Sandy was a very rude and unprofessional employee who made very condescending remarks while I was working with her on picking up my online order. She also made rude remarks to an African American gentleman who was browsing while "helping" me. She seemed very much racist. I would advise not dealing with her if you were to come to this location. I never experienced this type of customer service at this location and I have bought glasses several times from here for my daughter and I. The only difference was working with this associate.
