Definitely not recommended. If you have insurance it would be worth the wait for a later appointment date, unless you drastically life-or-death situation require this places service over other more professional and easy going types of people.
The Doctor himself lacks compassion for those who would appreciate his assistance.
Lacks understanding and is unwilling to be helpful if you are so late as one minute to your appointment.
If getting glasses, other places under certain insurance have a nicer choice of frames. (Opinion)
I would give a 0 star.

I called this place four different times and everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and patient with me. When I walked in, they were ridiculously busy (and short staffed) but the staff greeted me with a smile anyway and asked how they could help. Once they got me checked in, the doctor immediately took me back and listened to what was going on with my eyes and made great recommendations. He told me what my eyes were doing and didn't make me feel stupid. He helped me tremendously while he was rushing around and staying late. He was kind and considerate as well as his staff! So thank you for everything!

Waited for 40 minutes just to have my glasses adjusted. Sign said they would return by 1:50pm, and they did not. I was there until 2:30pm. Left several times to ask staff who we could call. They said no one. In that time three other people came for service and left. Phones rang off the hook. I called back when I returned home and the staff member on duty said the "sorry we missed you" clock was set to 2:50. Technically the hands were on 2 and 50. Which reads to everyone who came in as 1:50. I explained this when I returned. Service was actually great, but... analog clocks need to be set correctly, and I had no success tracking down anyone who could help or page someone for help while waiting to verify time of return.
