Dr. Holmberg and her staff are excellent! They were able to get us in the first weekend of the new year when our new insurance went into effect. My husband and I were both in dyer need of eye exams!! Dr. Holmberg is a great communicator. She makes you feel comfortable and heard while she exams you. She's also so fun and personable, it really makes the experience easy, especially if you have medical anxiety like I do! Greenspan has a great selection of glasses. Dr. Holmberg's staff was very helpful in explaining what our insurance would cover so we could make the best decision on glasses with all the necessary information! I highly recommend booking an appointment!

This place is awesome.. the ladies at the front desk is polite and respectful.the optometrist is patient and through.. they explain everything they do and make sure you comfortable. They have lots of frames to choose from. I recommend this place to every family that have issues with their eyes and neef glasses etc hope to see you there soon

Do not spend any money at this location workers that work at front desk have no knowledge on anything they just there sitting up front and they have you waiting on phone for long time they just there very unprofessional this is my second horrible experience at this location going be my last I spoke to manager about my experience and the chick was very rude to me like it's my fault I was given wrong information ordering my glasses weeks later they call tell me they didn't order my glasses don't waste your time or money on this money hungry unprofessional place

Worked with Brenda having not had an eye exam in 2 years and she was super helpful with adjusting my crooked glasses to sit even in my face! Very great experience overall. I was in and out of there quick and everyone was friendly and respectful! I would highly recommend seeing Brenda for a quick, happy experience.

We have been going to Greenspan for years. I have to say we are so happy to see Brenda is back! She is very knowledgeable with all my glasses repairs! I tend to fall asleep in them often. She is always very helpful and knows exactly what to do. Just ask for Brenda if you need your glasses fixed! She is awesome!!

I am currently not a patient, but a past patient. I stopped in for a repair because I could not make it to my current eye dr. I was extremely disappointed in the front desk staff, they do not acknowledge patients upon walking in & when you approach the front desk they act like you're bothering them & just expect you to know you need to sign in on clip board. Zero professionalism. The lady that did my repair, Brenda, made up for that. And she is the reason I gave the 5 stars. She repaired my frames in a timely manner, was extremely professional & also answered my questions with patience, kindness & knowledge knowing I am not a current patient. I was very impressed with her.

We were recently there for exams for glasses & contacts. Brenda was Amazing!! She explained our insurance coverage, helped pick out glasses that looked fashionable as well as repairing & adjusting an existing pair of glasses!! We are so happy with Brenda's service & knowledge that we will continue to use Greenspan for our vision needs!

Just picked up my glasses this morning. I must say the service there is excellent. The doctors, receptionists are all very nice. I want to send a special shout out to the lady who dispenses the glasses Ms.Juliette. I've worn the same style frame for years.. she selected a different frame and I love them. I really appreciate her expertise.. Greenspan Optical deserves 5
