Dr Norris is an amazing doctor. She is very kind and knows her stuff. Sarah H is also great. She has always been very supportive and helpful picking out glasses. She's been with Family Eye Care/ myeyedr for years and you can tell she really cares about her job. She is very kind hearted. The other staff members are also a great part of this office as well.

I have always came to this office to get my eye glasses and this last time I was in I was handled by the best group of girl! Dr. Norris is my eye doctor of choice she does an amazing job! The girls in front helped me so much with picking out a whole new look! Adriana was the girl who dealt with me directly and she did it an amazing job! Mandee, Sarah and Jackie also joined in assisting me with my glasses. I was very satisfied and can't wait for my new glasses come in! Five star treatment for sure!

Love the staff and Doctors here in Coal city eye clinic . They truly are so friendly and helpful. Dr Patel is a wonderful , kind , very knowledgeable, caring , person . The first person I dealt with was Margo.. very cheerful happy and professional. The tech Sarah that did the preliminary work up also very friendly and professional. #3 was Dr. Patel.. I can not say enough good about her, actually made the exam fun and informative! To #4 Mary, set me up with the glasses, again her professionalism went above and beyond!
