My family of 5 has been coming here for a long time. We have always had a great experience and have seen multiple eye doctors over the years. The staff has always accommodated myself and 3 kids in a way that was seemless in one visit. It always made me think they value our time. I was recently in to schedule for myself and all 3 kids. Long story short, they no longer schedule 3 or more people in a family in one day due to the possibility of cancelation (we've never had to cancel). We had it set for 2 one day and they wanted 2 of us on another (both days appts were going to be 9:15a and 10a something) I was confused why they were making us split days, and they explained their new policy. Once she explained they don't schedule more that 3 in one day, I decided to at least get all 3 kids done on the same day. She was unaccommodating to having us scheduled with different doctors. So, we switched it all, cancelled mine, and scheduled the kids on one day. Now their appointments take up MORE of a doctors day (2+ ish hours). I don't anticipate us having to cancel. Obviously, it's a terrible practice to try and schedule of off who might have to cancel. BUT, if we DO have to cancel, the kids appointments the way they are NOW will cancel out more time that if they had us the other way. It was the first time I ever came across an employee there that was completely indifferent and cold. As a customer this interaction completely changed my opinion of how Coventry feels about their families.

I had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor's office! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The exam was efficient but never rushed, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for professional and compassionate eye care!

I used to come here all of the time and have not been in a while. They were texting me and calling me incessantly to make an appointment. I made an appointment but they called to reschedule it (apparently the call center made the appointment and it was not right - very confusing). I called THE OFFICE back (the CL #) and rescheduled the appointment by talking to someone in the office. I then received a confirmation text about the time and date. I showed up today for my 9:30 appointment and they told me that they cancelled my appointment. They said that they now had another appointment at 9:30 (who was not even there as I had gotten there early and was waiting for them to figure out what was going on). I will never come back or recommend this place. My family used to go here too and none of them do now and I realized why. I had to hire a babysitter and leave another appointment early to get to this one with enough time. The two very unprofessional women behind the desk did nothing to remediate the situation. They just sat there staring at the computer. This is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not contact me ever again. There are way more options in CL.

I've had an excellent experience with this practice. Scheduling my annual eye exam was quick and easy, and the selection of frames is far superior to other optical offices I've visited. For treatment and management of ocular health, Dr. Rodriguez is exceptionally diligent and provides outstanding care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking trusted, high-quality eye care.

I have been trying to get in touch with this practice over a glasses issue for over a month. I needed to have my glasses remade 4 times and the prescription was still not correct. I hate giving bad reviews but after years of being a patient and not being responded to (email, contact us, phone messages) I am frustrated. I noticed google reviews gets responses by other reviews so I am hoping to get some help this way. I never had a problem in the past but the lack of communication, multiple times, not having glasses I paid for, and the lack of help is extremely disappointing.

This business is a dream in today's economy and outlook well run efficient knowledgeable people who worked as a team and provided me with excellent service

Sad to see. Pun intended. Three generations of our family have trusted them with our eyecare and we used to refer anyone who would listen to them. Unfortunately those days have passed. The staff used to be knowledgeable and attentive, but now it seems like an office training program for high school students. Went in for annual check-up and it took just short of two hours. 3 different people had to be called in to do the initial screening tests because 2 of them could not figure out the equipment. Then sat in the examination room for 20 minutes before seeing the doctor. Got the prescription and was told to go "wait in the area by the glasses" to get fitted. Sat there for 20 minutes, then picked out several frames, then waited 30 minutes for someone to come back who had to be shown by someone else how to place the order. After all of this, waited three weeks for my glasses. Called for a status and was told that they "did not pass inspection" and someone would reach out. Someone reached out a couple of days later and said they would be in on Monday. Monday passed with no call, so on Tuesday I called for the status. This is where it really goes south. I was told they had not arrived yet. I explained that I was told a week ago they were going to arrive on Monday. Young man on the phone said he would go look for them. Came back a few minutes later and said they arrived but they were wrong. Said they were triangle shaped, and they were just going to refund me. No attempt to fix the problem, just processed a refund. Refund was short of the correct amount. Worst part is that there has to be an office manager over there who should catch this and follow up, but apparently not. So now I need a new doctor and still need glasses. STEER CLEAR of this once great office. There is no attention to detail, no real care taken, and a scary level of ineptitude in its office staff.
